I believe that every person is a unique, multidimensional individual, and I strive to create a warm, down-to-earth therapeutic space filled with compassion, authenticity, and acceptance. My approach combines narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you explore your story, embrace your identity, and achieve holistic well-being.

The process of working through these challenges may feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I believe that everyone can find their light at the end of the tunnel, and my goal is to help individuals recognize and value their inner strength through life’s experiences. I enjoy incorporating existential and cognitive-behavioral approaches to therapy, helping clients find meaning and purpose in their lives.
I graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2018 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I went on to earn my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of St. Thomas, and I am currently licensed as an LPC Associate (supervised by Jessica Eiseman, LPC-S). As a first-generation graduate and the daughter of immigrants, I am deeply committed to supporting Spanish-speaking individuals and those who seek to be seen and heard. I have experience working with Spanish-speaking clients, as well as children in both counseling and educational settings.
